Payment Information

We are currently able to accept the following payment methods
for all musical instruments & CDs:

cash
(in person only - please do not post!)

cheque, for any amount, payable to 'Dragonfly Moon'
(in person or via mail order)

credit or debit card, for purchases over £20.00
(in person or via mail order over the telephone)
(purchases under £20.00 will incur a 50p surcharge)
cards accepted: Mastercard / Maestro / Visa / Visa Debit / Visa Electron / Solo / JCB / American Express

ALL payments must be in UK Pounds Sterling.

Mail orders:

* please email or call in the first instance to check availability
& to enable us to select instruments individually to your personal requirements.
(We will return your email or call at our earliest convenience.)

* following this initial contact you can either post us a cheque (address will be provided at this point),
upon receipt of which we will ship your goods OR you can pay by credit card via the telephone.

* Credit card details can ONLY be accepted via telephone (please do NOT email them to us)
and only for purchases over £20.00 before postage & packing.
(Any credit card mail orders under £20.00 before P&P will be subject to a 50p surcharge)

* Shipping: We guarantee that all goods ordered will be with you within 28 days,
HOWEVER, we always endeavour to turn around mail orders as soon as we are able,
often shipping within 3 working days of receiving your payment.

* Postage & Packaging:

We endeavour to keep this as minimal as possible by recycling packaging wherever we can.
Please note, however, that we use Royal Mail / Parcelforce so all parcels are subject to their varying charges.
Minimum P&P charge is £1.50.

* Returns Policy:

All sales are final, on a firm sale basis,
hand selected for you from our stocks based on your requirements and our own specialist knowledge.

All items are thoroughly checked prior to sale and are carefully packed to avoid any damage in transit.
Therefore it is with regret that no returns can be accepted,
although we will be happy to speak to you should there be any problem.
