Postage & Packaging:
Shipping:
We guarantee that, provided they are in stock, all goods ordered will be with
you within 21 days of us receiving your payment,
HOWEVER, we always endeavour to turn around mail orders as soon as we are able,
usually shipping within 3 working days of receiving your payment.
P&P: We endeavour to keep this as minimal as possible by recycling packaging
wherever we can.
Please note, however, that all parcels are
subject to varying charges -
first class postage is also available upon
request.
Reasonably priced
24 and
48 hour courier service is also available for larger items but will require
a signature on delivery.
Postage options will be calculated and a choice offered to you at the point of
paying for your order.
Returns Policy:
All musical
instrument sales are
hand selected for you based on your requirements and our own
specialist knowledge.
All items are thoroughly checked prior to sale and are carefully packed to avoid
any damage in transit.
However, we will of course be happy to speak to you should there be any problem
whatsoever with your order!
Under distance selling regulations you have the right to cancel your musical
instrument order within seven days if you change your mind,
PROVIDED the goods remain in perfect, UNUSED condition. You must first
inform us in writing via email of your desire to cancel and then arrange for
prompt return of the goods at your own cost.
Once we have received your returned items and checked that their condition is as
new you will be refunded for the full amount of the goods, but please note that
original shipping costs cannot be refunded.
In the case of high-priced, special / one-off specially sourced musical instrument orders we trust
that our customers will think very carefully before committing to an order as
they are very difficult to return.
Music CDS can ONLY be returned within seven days if they remain
shrink-wrapped.
Purchases made in person are on a firm sale basis only and therefore not
returnable.
Regretfully 'Dragonfly Moon' concert tickets and workshop places cannot be
cancelled as they are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, as clearly
stated in the booking forms.
